But for real though, the whole point of my new obsession is to complement my running routine. I only run on weekends now thanks to my job. And I've got knee, lower back and hip injuries... comes with getting old I guess. I don't give up easily though! I'll be using my Water Rower for 30 minutes every other day.
The only thing that makes me sad is that the Water Rower costs a lot of money. But, what price am I prepared to pay for good health? I know this is an investment for life. 'Nuff said.
Big shout out to Foremost Fitness for being the only Toronto based fitness store to carry the product. They will deliver and assemble my new toy, and this makes Greggy very happy indeed.
